1. Purpose of our services
SmartPass Research operates under a strict policy of ethical academic assistance. Our purpose is to help Master’s and PhD candidates navigate complex research hurdles, structure literature, refine research methodologies, and improve scientific clarity.
The work we deliver is supporting and model material. The ultimate scholarship remains entirely yours.
2. Student responsibilities
When using material produced or edited by SmartPass Research, you explicitly agree to the following conditions:
- Authorship and voice. Nothing provided by SmartPass Research is intended to be submitted directly or as-is to an academic institution. You agree to read, question, critique, rewrite, and integrate all material in your own academic voice.
- Institutional rules. You are solely responsible for knowing and following your university’s policies on academic integrity, plagiarism, contract cheating, citation, research ethics, disclosure of third-party editorial or research support, and acceptable use of AI or automated writing tools.
- Plagiarism and integrity. Submitting SmartPass Research output verbatim as your own original work violates institutional integrity codes. SmartPass Research expressly disclaims liability for academic disciplinary proceedings, warnings, or deregistration resulting from direct submission or improper academic use.
3. Ethical alignment before acceptance
If your tertiary institution’s guidelines conflict with the scope proposed in your SmartPass Research quotation, you must notify us before accepting the quotation. We will adjust the scope to comply with your university’s requirements rather than put your academic status or degree at risk.
4. Non-assistance in restricted areas
SmartPass Research will never:
- Sit online examinations or complete graded tests on your behalf.
- Fabricate, falsify, or tamper with empirical research data.
- Impersonate students in correspondence with supervisors, ethics boards, or faculty panels.
